Now Hiring: Service Advisor

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (No nights or weekends)
Pay Range: $18 – $25 per hour (based on experience)

 

What You’ll Do:

As a Service Advisor at LaFlamme’s Auto & Truck Services, you’ll be the bridge between our skilled technicians and our valued customers. Your role will focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience without the pressure of sales quotas. Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional service
  • Compiling accurate estimates using our shop management system
  • Sourcing and ordering parts efficiently
  • Scheduling appointments to maximize productivity
  • Advising customers on necessary repairs with clear and honest communication

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a service advisor or related role
  • A solid understanding of mechanical repairs to confidently advise customers
  • Clear communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • A commitment to customer service and teamwork

Now Hiring: A or B Technician

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (No nights or weekends)
Pay Range: Based on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Do:

As an A or B Technician at LaFlamme’s Auto & Truck Services, you’ll be responsible for providing high-quality repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles, including gas, diesel, and fleet trucks. You’ll work in a collaborative, supportive environment that prioritizes quality over quotas. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on various vehicle systems
  • Conducting inspections and documenting repairs using our shop management system
  • Completing preventative maintenance, including oil changes, brake services, and fluid checks
  • Diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues such as engine, transmission, and drivetrain repairs
  • Collaborating with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure accurate, efficient repairs

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of automotive repair experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Relevant certifications (ASE preferred, but not required)
